The rooms are immaculately clean and huge with amazing bathrooms. Offers exceptional service and reasonably priced food.

Fairly clean and functional place with very attentive staff who understands customer service. Nice looking and newly remodelled rooms with a balcony, a safe box, and climate control, magnificent views.

I liked the hotel overall. The property was beautiful with very welcoming personnel who understands customer service. The hotel's location was central, right beside the pier. I found nice Mario's Pizzeria by accident, it was not very far from the venue.

Functional building and rooms with cozy decoration. Marvellous and beautiful location in the business area, very close to the ocean, views and dining terrace on the water and hyatt Trinidad and Housekeeping and Restaurant. 15 minutes walk from an Anglican cathedral.

The food was nice and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu. The room was beautifully designed and modern looking with comfortable beds and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Beautiful and lovely location by the harbour in Port-of-Spain, met expectation. Besides, it was next to shops, the airport and north Trinidad.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the airport and centrally located to everything. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the bay, and the waterfront setting during breakfast was so relaxing. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. From the bellman to the receptionist to the restaurant staff, everyone was so accommodating. They even made my 7-year-old daughter's birthday extra special.

The only downside I can think of is that the hotel is a bit out of the way, so if you want to go somewhere with a bit of life, you'll need to take a taxi. However, this can actually be a positive for families looking for a quieter and more peaceful stay.

The breakfast was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location couldn't be more beautiful local To everything in Trinidad. Easily reached The Waterfront Restaurant, located at a moderate distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

We will be returning here soon to have once again a fairly nice weekend. The rooms are beautifully designed with it's own balcony and climate control. The staff are fantastically friendly and affable, the location is stunning. There's Mario's Pizzeria offering takeout a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Wonderful property, fairly clean, courteous service and good value. Very attentive and exceptionally polite staff and quick to respond. Lovely looking and newly decorated room with a bath tub, toiletries, and safe too for guests' safety. The stunning location for the price, just off restaurants and in-room, Parliament Building and dining terrace on the water. Fine stay, as always.
